On the middle level there is the kitchen, a bedroom with a king size bed, the dining room, a living room with a queen size sofa bed, a powder room,a stereo with a CD player, and a business nook. On the lower level there is another bedroom with two queens and a queen futon. Next to the bedroom is a family room with a new HD 36" TV, and another queen size futon. All but one of the beds and mattresses are new in 2002, as are the dining room table and chairs, the bar stools, the fridge. What isn't new is mainly antiques, such as the dressers in the bedrooms. Amenities: Four decks, lakefront, dock with boat lift, Direct Satellite TV in two locations, VCR, stereo with CD, washer and dryer, all kinds of kitchen gadgets and accessories, new side by side fridge, dish washer, two barbeques, two jacuzzi tubs in two of the bedrooms, and garage. Area: Located just off of Highway 93, between Polson and Kalispell, between mile marker 84 and 83, approximately 23 miles north of Polson and 30 miles south of Kalispell, thirty miles from Bigfork. No smoking, no pets, no ATVs, four wheelers, and please, if you bring a jet ski or rent one, use them out in the middle of the lake, not next to the dock--you will annoy the neighbors. There is a wheel chair ramp on the east side of the home going to the door facing east.
